Wu Qin Xi (frolics of five animals)
Around the years 110-207 (Han Dynasty), the experienced Chinese doctor Hua Tuo, who elaborated "frolics of five animals".
"The human body needs movement but it should not be too exhausting. If shaken, breath cereal dissolves, the blood circulates well, the hundred diseases do not appear; like the hinge of a door never decays. In daoyin (daoyin = literally: Driving and stretch), suspends the bear and the owl looks around, stretching and flexes size; you move each joint to roll back aging. I have a technique called the "Game of the five animals"; the first is called the tiger, the second deer, third bear, monkey fourth, and fifth bird; it serves to expel the disease and it is beneficial for the lower limbs.
