This is an EXCELLENT striking pad!! It is able to absorb full power spinning hook kicks with the heel of the foot. I am VERY pleased with he quality. The only design change I would suggest is to make the bottom arm loop "adjustable", instead of "fixed". Athletic or muscular forearms might be a little tight. OVERALL OUTSTANDING PRODUCT!!!!
